<ServiceInformation>
<DescriptionText><text>
The workstation has launched a proof but the recorder has detected that
there is already a receiver on the drum by testing the plate_loc d
proofer_status flag. When this flag is 2, the recorder thinks there is a
receiver on the drum. The workstation should have unloaded it at the end of
the last proof by issuing a WORKSTATION_PROOF_END command but for
some reason it didn't.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
If there is a receiver on the drum, try to unload it from the workstation.
If there is not a receiver on the drum this error is possibly a firmware
bug. Manually reset the flag. "set state plate_loc d proofer_status 0"
Get the monitor log and report it to the responsible firmware developer.

<DescriptionText><text>
Record error message and call Creo Service.

</OperatorAction>
<Cause>
Proofing reciever not unloaded. Possible workstation sw error. Check the
debug file to see if an END_PROOF command was sent by the workstation
( you will see the command E x where x is the image number ). If not, it is a
workstation sw error. If it was sent, investigate why it was ignored.
</Cause>
<Cause>
Unload cycle ignored by the recorder. The unload will be ignored if the "set
sys load" parameter is 0. This flag should always be 1 in normal operation.
</Cause>
<Cause>
Possible firmware error. Proofer_status in plate_loc d table was not
cleared when the receiver was unloaded. Check the monitor log to see if the unload
was ignored. It's possible that "set sys load " is 0 which prevents the machine from
unloading the receiver.
